Resin & Pigment Technologies (R&P) was established in 1989 and has since grown to be one of the region’s leading companies in customized polymer processing and compounding. R&P offers solutions to enhance material performance and colour appearance for major polymer producers, as well as specialized compounding for specific applications.

R&P is the preferred value creation partner with compounding expertise across a wide range of polymers for applications in the electrical and electronics, automotive, construction and civil engineering, household and consumer, packaging and agriculture sectors. This is matched by the capability to compound and process a broad polymer family portfolio from Customised Engineering plastics, Thermoplastic Elastomers and Vulcanizates, Color and Functional Masterbatches as well as Color Compounds.

All of R&P's three compounding sites are ISO 9001/2000 certified and R&P Singapore is IS0/ TS: 16949 certified and thus highly capable in compounding for the automotive industry. This quality assurance program covers all activities from administration and logistics to production and quality control. Total quality assurance is top priority in all compounding sites.

With a skilled and capable technical workforce, R&P is always ready to support you on new product development, product enhancement and compounding process development. This is further complemented by a range of comprehensive polymer testing facilities that allows for strict quality control and assurance of the performance and safety of the compounded materials.

R&P Singapore

The Singapore compounding site pioneers in its supply chain integrated operation model.

Located in the heart of Singapore’s world-class petrochemical hub, coupled with a strategic partnership with a leading global polymer logistics company (Katoen Natie), this site is set up to support the big scale and high efficiency requirements of the polymer producers. This integrated site is equipped with receiving and delivery capabilities ranging from the basic palletized 25kg bags and bulk bags, to the high volume sea bulk and bulk truck.

With the broad based approach to integrate specializations in material processing, development and bulk handling, R&P Singapore operation adds multiple levels of values to our customers.
 
R&P JB, Malaysia

R&P’s JB site acts as a support site to the Singapore operations as well as being application and user focused to our customers in Malaysia. It serves to provide high volume and efficient lead time support in colour compounding and masterbatch requirements of the downstream users.
 
R&P Wuxi, China

The Wuxi site is located in The Wuxi National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone (WND) Industrial Park, home to 1,000 foreign-funded enterprises including a number of electronics and auto parts manufacturers. Five pillar industries featuring electronic information, precision machinery and mechanic and machinery integration, fine chemicals, bio-pharmaceuticals and new materials have been formed in the park.

R&P Wuxi focuses on the applications of users within China and supports their high volume and short lead time requirements for colour compounds and masterbatches.
